As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you'll support online advertisers across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and scheduled appointments

Your challenge

  • Deliver customer support to online advertisers via phone, chat, email, and scheduled appointments
  • Assist customers with advertising campaign management, billing and invoice inquiries, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance
  • Resolve customer inquiries by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct proactive customer follow-ups and callbacks to provide tailored, solution-oriented support
  • Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell relevant product features and services

Your profile

  • Excellent Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills
  • Service oriented, patient and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Experience in Online Advertising & Customer Service background is advantageous
  • Aptitude for sales - ability to upsell features and services
  • High technical affinity and competence with PC usage (internet, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting of issues)
